Pandit Vishnu Panigrahi

He left his family at the age of 12 and began his yogic trail. He learned yoga and meditation under different Yoga Masters at different times and gained mastery over Jnana Yoga (knowledge- self-realization), and Karma Yoga (importance of charity work). In 2001, Pandit Vishnu decided to become a monk and give up materialistic life. He came to Rishikesh and settled down as a Yogi sharing his knowledge and spiritual skill to the rest of the world in a systematic way. Vishnu is master of Himalayan tradition Yoga and guides the students with his knowledge addressing contemporary needs.
