Profile as yoga/speaker Born in a Brahmin Family in the Indian Himalayas, Brahmin Rajeev has started his career as research Scientist, after his post-graduation in Science &Post Graduation in Himalayan Culture & Tourism from Center of Himalayan Studies , Garhwal University , Srinagar (Uttarakhand) India.

Rajeev is founder of Sattya Yoga, A school with its roots in ancient Vedic Knowledge of India, and also heads two of the Sattya Yoga Retreats .i.e. High Bank Peasants Cottage in Rishikesh, &Ashram Yogada in Shivpuri Himalayas.

Despite of his busy schedule Br. RAJEEV spends most of his time in exploring the new Dimensions of primitive Hatha Yoga - the ancient art of wellness with wisdom, which was born in this part of Himalayas as well as painting the Himalayan life, mythology and Gods & Goddesses.

Br. Rajeev is widely travelled worldwide doing retreats and workshops on future Yoga, as well exhibited his art throughout, and sees life from a different perspective. He also the lead teacher at Sattya Yoga and directs the operations.

Rajeev is also the Founder Member & president of the Uttarakhand State Tourism Operators Association - UFO and fights for the right of local operators in the area.

RAJEEV's Yoga & Paintings are what he receives cosmically and uses himself merely as an instrument for some higher wish. His revenues from the Paintings are used in cultural & social development of Himalayan Regions.

RAJEEV's work is much appreciated in the Himalayan Regions and has exhibited in different parts of the world.

He is also heading the pioneer & Leading Himalayan Adventure Tours company the - Garhwal Himalayan Explorations Pvt.Ltd, with its base in Rishikesh, India.
